Colleen Bartholomew
DNP, APRN, FNP-C

Respect for one’s healthcare choices and compassion for treating the whole-person are what motivates and drives Colleen in providing exceptional care to patients at NCS. Colleen is a graduate of Rockhurst University and earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

Colleen has four children who are busy playing and following baseball and soccer. She enjoys cooking and baking with her daughter, spending time outdoors, backyard whiffle ball and soccer games, watching the Nebraska Cornhuskers, and reading historical fiction in her spare time. She has taken on an interest in the Yankees and has two beagles who have more heart than common sense.

You’ll see Colleen most often in the Legacy clinic at NCS, or occasionally at a clinic nearby in Omaha and the surrounding area. Colleen is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
