I am not comfortable with your new sign in procedure. While I was able to navigate through the questions except for taking of the pictures of my cards and myself, I am sure many patients at this facility don’t even have a smart phone. I’m not sure how this saves time and helps put a patient at ease. We are there because we have cancer. That in itself is stressful enough.
