The new online check-in has issues. Two days prior to my appointment, I checked in online and the day of my appointment I checked in at the counter to let them know that I had arrived and then I sat down in the waiting area. Twenty minutes later, I received a call from one of the nurses asking me if I had arrived and if I was in the lobby. I said that I had checked in 20 minutes earlier and was in the waiting area. She said something about not receiving a “yellow paper” and within a couple of minutes my name was called. The nurse that took my vitals apologized about the wait and told me that this had happened to other patients as well and this was a new system.
