Mary Wells – 1/15/2025 0:00 – Methodist Clinic

Just from how personal they were in introducing themselves.. from the front desk nurse checking me before I waited in the waiting room.. from the get go from when the nurse called when it was my turn.. to my vitals then to the exam room.., just everything felt really intentional and personal in acknowledging from first meeting Dr. Wells, and she introduced the nurse who came in with her, I believe Nancy,.. I truly do not remember right now, but I remember her face.. I remember her typing as Dr. Wells was talking to me..and doing a clapping motion when Dr. Wells told me me I officially do not need Chemo.. Dr. Wells asked me about me, what I enjoy doing, as well as being eye to eye with me as she was sitting down showing and explaining the information and the treatment… And she informed me her nurse Stacey would come in after they left the room after she explained everything at that time.. Stacey is also great, very nice .. also personal with meeting her.. explained the folder packet , eye to eye sitting down also to me as I explained … and also very personal and friendly..and even walked me to and introduced me to Rachel to schedule my 2nd/next appointment.. Today on (Tuesday) 01/14/25 was a great first experience in my next step with Nebraska Cancer Specialists at Methodist.. can tell how personal and how much they care for each patient who walks through their doors. Thank-you to everyone I encountered who helped me with today’s process from checking in at the desk before I waited , through the very end of my appointment.
