The staff were very friendly and courteous. Dr. Ramaekers was very attentive during our discussion. He was very focused thru out the conversation and exhibits a very approachable demeanor. He was patient in answering all my questions thoroughly and did so in a manner that was easy to understand. I was very impressed!!!.
