Stefano Tarantolo – 09/06/22
Ever since I have been under Dr. Tarantolo’s care, I have my blood pulled every six months. Each time I have it pulled at Methodist Eastabrook, there have been delays due to unknown tests ordered that didn’t come through NCS to Cerner correctly. I have had to wait as long as an hour as they sorted out the tests with Dr. Tarantolo’s office. There were further delays as the phlebotomist figured out which tubes to use for these miscellaneous tests. This time I called ahead and the NCS nurse worked it through with Methodist and it was a total breeze — back on the road in 20 minutes. Thanks for the help!
