I came in the door, was warmly greeted and seen rather quickly. Once the doctor decided that I needed some quick attention, the staff made arrangements while I waited. It was late in the day and the testing facility had gone for the day. This staff member was friends with a person at the testing facility and called this person at home. They were able to get a plan of action and made room for me. This was going the extra mile for me when I needed it.
