New check-in process didn’t work. Tried to check in when initial text was sent. Couldn’t get past the COVID section even though we haven’t had symptoms or been exposed. It kept saying call the clinic. On the day of our appointment while at the clinic, another check-in text was sent. It made no sense so I deleted it. Then I find out it was still needed. The kind receptionist explained the process, resent the request and we got signed in. Not sure how this improves customer service. God help the elderly who don’t use technology regularly.
