Everything about the care at NCS is excellent! And I love Dr. Hyuck! The only thing I do not like is the online/text pre-registration. I don’t like giving personal information, especially credit card information to a third party. It usually only takes 2 minutes to sign in upon my entry for my appointment, anyway, so don’t know that the “pre-registration” is saving anyone any time–if that is the goal. Why complicate a seemingly smooth process? Especially since a lot of your patients are elderly and not so tech savvy?
