Reception was very kind, both intake and following my appointment. I observed the gals at desk and they interacted well with one another and also with patients on the phone. My nurse was kind and professional. Dr. H (Tim) was personable, thorough, didn’t make me feel rushed, welcoming to my husband who also came, and laid out a plan based on all the information and answered questions. I left more confident with how I would face my blood condition.
