Avocado and Egg Breakfast Bowl

Avocado and Egg Breakfast Bowl


1 ripe avocado
2 eggs
1 medium-sized tomato, diced
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped
Juice of half a lime
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional toppings: feta cheese, hot sauce, or salsa

Prepare the Avocado: Cut the ripe avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out some of the flesh to create a larger well for the eggs.
