NCS provides a 401(k) plan to help save for retirement. A safe harbor contribution is given to all eligible employees. Each employee has the opportunity to meet with a 401(k) financial planner and attend financial education classes to plan for financial safety and success.
NCS believes work life balance is important and that flexibility to meet personal needs and enjoyment is key. Paid Time Off (PTO) and holiday time is provided for these situations and all full-time employees accrue 16 days during their first year of employment with 8 paid holidays.
