In addition to two core health plans, we offer vision and dental benefits, short and long term disability options, health savings, dependent daycare and flexible spending accounts and life insurance.

Basic Life and AD&D insurance coverage is provided to all employees. Supplemental life insurance and voluntary benefits are also available.
Long Term Disability is provided to eligible employees to protect your income in the event of an unexpected illness or injury.
NCS provides a 401(k) plan to help save for retirement. A safe harbor contribution is given to all eligible employees. Each employee has the opportunity to meet with a 401(k) financial planner to plan for financial safety and success.
NCS believes work life balance is important and that flexibility to meet personal needs and enjoyment is key. Paid Time Off (PTO) and holiday time is provided for these situations and all full-time employees accrue 128 hours during their first year of employment with 7 paid holidays.
In addition, all employees are encouraged to take a paid personal day to celebrate their birthday, yes please!
At NCS we love to volunteer and support our communities and fellow non-profit organizations. Employees are encouraged to participate in volunteer opportunities throughout the year by attending walks, manning sponsorship booths, attending galas and events, and supporting other opportunities as they arise.
NCS also provides a private environment to enable breastfeeding mothers and an Emergency PTO Advantage plan, a sick and emergency program for children and families that provides additional PTO when you need it most.
At NCS, we believe in a culture that supports the opportunity to learn and grow. We encourage employees to work with their managers to customize an individual plan with experiences designed to help them grow in their areas of interest and in their career.
Because NCS encourages employees to learn and grow, tuition assistance and conference reimbursement is available. Eligible employees may use up to $2000 per calendar year on continuing education.
Conferences relating to a particular job role are encouraged to attend and reimbursement is available.
