LLS Light the Night
September 21 @ 7:30 pm - 10:00 pm
LLS has invested nearly $1 Billion to advance therapies and save lives. Thanks to research, survival rates have doubled, tripled, even quadrupled since 1960. However, despite progress, more than a third of blood cancer patients still do not survive five years after their diagnosis, so more funding is needed to advance research and ensure access to treatments to help save more lives.
Light The Night (LTN) is The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s nationwide evening fundraising walk to celebrate and commemorate lives touched by blood cancers. Over 200 walks are held across North America each fall to draw awareness to the mission of LLS.
Participants walk along a one-mile route, carrying illuminated lanterns—white for survivors, red for supporters, and gold in memory of a loved one. Local vendors are on site providing food and drink, entertainment, children’s activities, and live music to create a memorable event for our corporate, friend, and family teams.
