After Dr. Geetha lost her own mother as a toddler from a tragic accident , she was raised by her elderly grandparents. They shaped her life and inspired her to pursue the art of healing . As a physician, she strives to support her patients along their cancer journey . For her, it is an honor to be a physician and provide quality care to others.

- The bedside manner, active listening, and compassion of Dr McKillip was unmatched. She was patient, thorough, and creative. She did not make me or my family feel dumb. Her assistant, too, has been wonderful--and SHE also came in on HER day off that one day with Dr. Geetha, all to help me heal. I have recommended Dr. Geetha to all my friends, of course hoping they do not require her services. But if anybody DOES have cancer, she is the best--and she is friends with doctors in related specialties, and they talk together, and share ideas for the best medical care. The people at the admissions/scheduling desk are also nice, and efficient, and calming. Today she found something unexpected (and possibly most unwelcome) but she smoothed the way so I could get that checked out too. We give thanks to God for Dr. Geetha.

- NCS is who I always recommend when I learn someone I know has cancer. I love my oncologist, Dr. Geetha, and also recommend her to others. She is amazing and a true fighter for her patients!
- I saw Tiffany Feldman today. I had seen her once before. She is fantastic. The best provider I have seen to date. She is caring, knowledgeable, professional, and provides clear and concise information. I can’t say enough good things about Tiffany Feldman.

- I feel that Dr Geetha goes far and above her duties to care for me. I could not imagine anyone able to do better than her. Her team is the best and I know that I am in the best of hands.

- I am not comfortable with your new sign in procedure. While I was able to navigate through the questions except for taking of the pictures of my cards and myself, I am sure many patients at this facility don’t even have a smart phone. I’m not sure how this saves time and helps put a patient at ease. We are there because we have cancer. That in itself is stressful enough.
- There are no words to express how grateful I am for the nurses and staff. They were awesome and made me feel very welcomed and cared for. Dr and PA's were very caring and willing to explain what was going on with my treatment. I have been using Bergan for over 50 years and have not been disappointed. .
- Leslie is always so friendly during check-in. I appreciate her. Tori is the best ever! She was so compassionate when I went through chemo, and continues to be so engaging and personable when I get my monthly shot. She is also the best shot giver and I hate shots!! Tori is very genuine and I feel like she really cares about me.
- I saw Tiffany, nurse practitioner today. She was very courteous, outgoing, and knowledgeable. Very impressed with her as she was very thorough. Would give her a 10+

- Had to wait for NP for over 30 minutes in exam room.
- Why does the person at check in who is not behind a screen wear her mask below her nose???

- I was in for a blood draw and I have been told by others I need to tell the person drawing my blood I have small veins and they roll. I conveyed this information and was told they always use butterfly needles. I have had this particular person draw blood on me several times at Methodist and now at Legacy. I find it disturbing enough to tell you that she has the most uncomfortable technique. I always have had pain both during and after the draws with this person. This time completed with unnecessary bruising. I have had multiple blood draws with other people and experience no discomfort or bruising.

- Erin who gave me the Neupogen shot has always been sincere, delightful and helpful. If she couldn’t answer my question, she’d find someone who could. She also reminded me to take Claritin along with my shot! Great job, Erin. Thanks
- When I had a question about my prescription that I didn’t know was coming, the nurse explained it very nicely to me and so I could understand. Thank you for your help.
- Dr. Geetha is a caring, informative, no-nonsense oncologist. I trust her completely and enjoy our interactions.

- A nurse practicioner/Physician's assistant saw me for the majority of my appt. She was VERY thorough and allowed me to ask questions that I had. She sent Dr. Geetha in to answer one of the questions that I had.
- I had no prior knowledge of seeing an APRN, Sharon, as I did yesterday instead of Dr. Geetha. I wanted to see Dr Geetha and was very disappointed I didn't. The care I received from Sharon was excellent as my survey numbers show. The care was not the issue, she just was not Dr. Geetha. Thank you for this opportunity to express my opinion. If Tina, the scheduler, or one of the nurses could call me, I would appreciate it.
- Cancer is no fun but this place really makes you feel like they care, The team of nurses and doctors are knowledgeable and very concern for your overall health. I have never felt unheard. From the moment you check in to the moment you leave you feel taken care of. At least that has been my experience. PS I LOVE DR GEETHA and her team.. Excellent
- Very thorough but I did not know I was going to see the nurse practitioner today instead of the Dr. It was fine but would be good to know up front.

- I would like to attend the Movement for Longevity classes, but I work during the day and would need an evening time. There aren’t any.
- Dr. Geetha was knowledgeable and personable. She explained the results of my blood tests in terms I could understand and gave me a referral to a gastroenterologist. She agreed to have me return in 3 months for a blood test. She gave me a reasonable amount of time and took an interest in me as a whole person, not merely a patient. I trust her expertise and suggestions regarding my health.

I so appreciate my entire medical team @ NCS and am so glad we picked them to help us through this.
