it's cold in the treatment room and sometimes it takes longer in treatment room then expected. I really do like Dr Wells and her nurse Stacey.

First, Dr Wells is truly compassionate and spent a lot time with us explaining treatment options. Awesome!
A little heads-up would have been nice concerning the construction and where to park. Fortunately, we did allow extra time to get lost. I feel sorry for the elderly patients.
Signage for the Lab is needed. This was our first time here. Apparently it depends on which elevator you take (not the East elevator but the 'shiny' elevator...). Try exiting Suite 250 and find the Lab on the 'first floor'. We were not the only ones looking to get to the lab. This should be a simple fix.

I feel that my oncologist and all of the infusion nurses are the best of the best!

I didn’t know exactly What to expect. After being called back nurse covered what wAs needed before doctor came in. Then doctor covered what was known what the possibilities were depending on my test results when received. These options would be based on my results. More would be more specific then. So far I have felt the patient is given knowledge and made to be included in what treatment would be best for me.

Dr. Mary Huerter Wells takes the time to explain things very well. She uses Layman's terminology so I can understand and feel better about my entire treatment program.

Dr. Wells, her nurse Stacey, and scheduler Rachel, make me feel like I’m their favorite patient. They are kind, empathic, wicked smart, and always remember my special needs/requests. Their memories are so good!!! They are everything I wanted and didn’t even know I needed in a medical team. They have truly changed my life while saving it. I’m forever grateful. There is not enough kind words to say about them.
The infusion team is also truly amazing. They know how to tailor care to each patient. They are all kind, caring, amazing folks who take something so so scary and make it okay.

Dr Wells is an absolute gem.

I think that the Methodist Hospital staff is the best!

My medication had 0 refills & I was almost out of it on 10/20. I was told they were going to reorder it/approve it but Optum mail order pharmacy says they can’t fill it that it’s on hold & now I’m out of my prescription. I don’t understand since it’s a pill I have to take for 5 years.

Dr. Wells and her nurse, Alyssa, were both excellent! They were so kind, cheerful, knowledgeable, and professional. The clinic was clean, bright, and welcoming.
I appreciated all the time we had to talk to Dr. Wells— she was able to walk us through genetic testing and my potential future treatments. She was so comforting, and I’m thankful that my prognosis is excellent with no chemotherapy in my near future.
