“I believe it is an honor to be a cancer physician. I strive to treat my patients with respect and compassion with a dedication to providing outstanding clinical care while giving them as much information and time as they need. After reviewing available treatment options and my reasoning for recommending a given treatment plan, together we decide on a course of action.”
I was born in Evanston, IL but spent most of my time growing up in the Chicago suburb of Mount Prospect. I attended medical school at the University of Iowa and completed my residency in Wisconsin and my fellowship in Michigan. As a medical oncologist, I enjoy listening to my patients and together we decide on a course of action. Most of my free time is spent with my husband and our three children attending their various sporting events. I also enjoy Hawkeye football, supporting local charities, and going for walks.
