In partnership with the NCS Hope Foundation, these no-cost fitness classes focus on low-impact, slow, gentle movements and are intended for individuals at all stages of life, regardless of fitness level.
Registration is not required. Come as you are and as often as you would like!

Treat your body to a guided stretch including simple movements for better balance, increased flexibility, and a healthier you. Movements include tai chi, yoga, the use of weighted balls, and bands. Reduce muscle and joint pain, improve posture, decrease stress and increase mange of motion and flexibility with this dynamic class.
Reduce stiffness, improve sleep, and increase your focus all with Gentle Yoga. Come as you are and experience the wonderful benefits of this entry level class designed for all fitness levels. Leave feeling refreshed, balanced, and enlightened. Class may be done standing or seated for your level of comfort.
Combines learned movements with meditation and breathing techniques. This “meditation in motion” program will help you feel stronger and more balanced. Other health benefits include: improved sleep patterns, increased mobility and range of motion, easier relaxation, stress reduction, pain control, fewer arthritic symptoms and lowered blood pressure. The class is taught at Harvard and other prestigious programs throughout the United States.
Will help improve balance and flexibility while increasing muscle tone. Using a mixture of hand weights, body weight, and resistance bands, it’s suitable for all fitness levels. A chair can be used for seated exercises and standing support.
This upbeat, light cardio class includes low-impact training suitable for all fitness levels. Paired with music, weights, bands and a chair for support, look to strengthen muscles and increase range of movement for daily life activities.
