- My doctor is Dr. Tarantolo at Legacy in Omaha. I'm very pleased that I can get most of my injections at the Fremont office. The Receptionist here is very friendly, always glad to see me. And there are three wonderful ladies in the treatment room who are always interested in how things are going and just very nice people. Mostly talk about life outside of this.

- I saw Dr Tarantolos, who was extremely personable, friendly, asked pertinent questions and was right-on-the-money. The labs required were quickly and efficiently done and we were out in no time. I was really impressed with the whole opeation!

- There are days where parking has become an issue at the Legacy location. I've had to wait in the parking lot for someone to leave in order to get a spot.

- Ever since I have been under Dr. Tarantolo's care, I have my blood pulled every six months. Each time I have it pulled at Methodist Eastabrook, there have been delays due to unknown tests ordered that didn't come through NCS to Cerner correctly. I have had to wait as long as an hour as they sorted out the tests with Dr. Tarantolo's office. There were further delays as the phlebotomist figured out which tubes to use for these miscellaneous tests. This time I called ahead and the NCS nurse worked it through with Methodist and it was a total breeze -- back on the road in 20 minutes. Thanks for the help!
- Physicians Assistant Nurse, Rachel was excellent in determining issues I was having and getting CtScan of my lungs while I was there. Getting it done and prescribing antibiotic.
- Everyone there treats me as if I am there only one to care for. I see and feel the LOVE and care everyone gets!!
- From walking into bldg there was immediate assistance since this was our first visit. Very professional and helpful sign in lady who works under Dr. Tarantolo who checked us in and who took care of scheduling our upcoming apts. Also “Noel” who was very professional and sweet with checking his BP, height/weight, etc and taking us to room to see Dr.T. Our meeting with Dr Tarantolo was very calming, as he explained everything and spent time with us which meant a lot. I have heard many many many wonderful words about him and we are so blessed to have him as Ray’s doctor.

- Dr. Tarantolo is very conscientious in his efforts to prevent a clot recurrence. When I called the office with a positive test, the staff quickly told me they would take over the entire management of my covid, not just the clotting disorder issue. That is very helpful in complex situations, to know "who is on first." I have picked up my meds and have started on them. Thanks everyone.

- I feel so comfortable at any location. Probably because the staff works at all locations as they follow their assigned doctors. It is always nice to see familiar staff that have helped me prepare for a doctor or infusion visit.
- It would have been helpful if my medical history and most recent medical assessment were reviewed PRIOR to walking into the exam room. Unfortunately, I was the only one that knew the pace of my doctor’s assessments and CT and colonoscopy calendars.

- Only one slight concern. The person drawing my blood and during the process dropped something on the floor and picked it up and continued without any sanitation effort. I was just concerned about the infection possibility to me during the process. Otherwise the person did an excellent job.
