I was told to arrive and that my appointment was at 11. I arrived at 10:50. I was not taken back from the waiting room until 11:35. The provider was very very good. She answered all my questions. She took her time. She explained things in detail. I really felt like we created a plan together. Her nurse case manager could tell I was a little overwhelmed. She also took the time to answer my questions and really made me feel like my care is important to her.
