the industry with clinical research trials
Nebraska Cancer Specialists is proud to have the region’s most comprehensive community oncology research program offering early phase through phase IV trials. Our dedication to research has established NCS as the leader in the industry and boasts many firsts:
- 1st community oncology practice to enroll a patient globally in a prostate cancer trial
- 1st study site open for enrollment on numerous trials, including pancreatic cancer trial
- 1st site to enroll patients nationally on a melanoma, kidney and lung cancer trial
On average, patients have access to more than 100 active clinical trials. These trials offer patients innovative treatments that may not be available outside the trial, providing access to cutting edge treatment options and precision medicine.

Nebraska Cancer Specialists has eleven full service cancer centers across the state of Nebraska and Iowa to better serve our patients where they are. Our team also travels to four additional locations delivering care as an extension of the local oncology services.
